CD Launch and Gig

Six young bands from Muswellbrook, Cessnock, & Port Stephens have recorded a compilation CD of their own music. The CD will be launched at a gig at the Singleton Youth Venue. Singleton bands Long Story Short and Smoke Stack will be on stage and are hosting

Indent Partnership Grant

There are a number of categories including: Music, performance, and Junior (under 16 yrs), and participants can be solo or groups. There is the opportunity for some great prizes. The challenge takes place on the 18th October at the Arrowfield Estate winery, Golden Highway, Denman.

Halloween House Of Horror

A scary tour through the building telling a chilling, thrilling story and involving many of Newcastle's best actors and musicians. Kids from 6 are allowed in with their parents, but it's not for the squeamish. Great fun for families and horror fans. This year, we'll meet a troup of Dark Clowns.

2008 Art Bazaar - Art & Craft Street Market

Come to the 6th Annual Art Bazaar Arts & Crafts Street Market on Saturday 6th of December, where you will experience the vibrant, exciting atmosphere of this increasingly popular event in beautiful tree-lined Laman Street.

There will be plenty to tempt visitors with over 45 stalls featuring locally-made arts and crafts, including ceramics, glasswork, jewellery, paintings, prints and drawings, textiles and fashion. Meet the artists and be delighted by buskers from Hunter School of Performing Arts, with great food and coffee just around the corner in Darby Street.
