Celebrate the heritage of Australia with lots of fun activities this summer school holidays.

Every day during the School Holidays:

~ Aboriginal Dot Painting (10.30am - 1.30pm)

~ Australiana Craft (10.30am - 1.30pm)

~ Face Painting (1pm – 4pm)~ Aboriginal Dance and Music Performance (2.00pm)

Newcastle's L!vesites will get you dancing in the streets at one of its popular free events on Friday nights during November.

This year L!vesites explores great new dance frontiers from modern jive and african Dancehall to bollywood bellydancing and line dancing.

With the likes of reggae artists Afro Moses, country performer Victoria Mcgee and qualified dancers this years Dancing in the streets will burn up the dance floor.

It will be held every Friday in November from 6pm to 9pm.

On November 7 at Honeysuckle Promenade there will be modern jive dancing and on November 14 there will be dancehall reggae and african dance with Moses.

The “Inspired Syncopations” tour will include lots of colour and inspired dancing.

Saturday - 7:30pm $35 includes canapés and wine

Sunday - 1:30pm $20

Gloucester Recreation Centre, Boundary Road, Gloucester. Tickets available Gloucester Health Foods, and if purchased prior November 1st, $5 discount.
